In a Team Availability Session, each person takes the Snapshot privately and keeps their own results. Nothing is collected, aggregated, or reported to anyone — including whoever commissioned it. What the group works with is what people choose to bring into the room. The session surfaces where availability is being lost, and — more usefully — what in the team's conditions is making closure the rational choice.
